I offer a range of differing holistic approaches including multiples forms of reflexology, non-invasive healing touch and ear candling.
Sessions are $100 for up to 90 minutes.***Reflexology ***is a method of releasing stresses stored in the body. It is based on the theory that our feet reflect our body and by stimulating these reflexes the body is encouraged to release pain and tension stored throughout the system. Various methods of reflexology including Western and Chinese styles, Cranio-Sacral and Lymph drainage.Healing touch was developed within the nursing profession as a non invasive bio field therapy that uses touch to influence the human energy system, balancing the energy fields affecting total health and wellbeing.Ear Candling helps to clear the cavities around the head area. This can aid in stimulating the peripheral lymph system, enabling the immune system to function better. It has also been known to be beneficial in removing excess wax and moisture from the ear as well as headaches, sinus problem and is also very relaxing. Ear candles are available in pairs and bulk buys of 5 pairs or more at wholesale prices.

Hi I'm Sarah and I am a nurse and complimentary therapist based in Margaret River and have been practising in the South West region for the past 25 years. I believe in a holistic approach, by combing orthodox and complimentary medicine to provide total health care.Sessions can be done in your own home or at my studio and are aimed at anyone from children to the elderly including during pregnancy and those with musculoskeletal issues and health concerns.
